Sustainable Agriculture
Sustainable agriculture can only truly be done on a small scale. Diversity of: animals, fruits, vegetables, fibers and herbs are the cornerstone of any small farm. True sustainability means that all farm inputs (seeds, fertilizers, water, animals, etc..) must originate at the farms source. The ecosystem that the farm is in must be enhanced by the farms presence. And finally, the system must sustain the economic viability of farm operations and enhance the quality of life for farmers and local communities.
